I was knocked out of the game due to a call. I can see the logo just fine on the this app screen. Your profits will ultimately suffer because people may not come back after they leave.įavorite game but what is with the long time with the logo that started tonight? Because the ads are too numerous and you are forced to hit them because they cover the play button, the game is no longer fun. My new phone freezes in the game repeatedly.

Newest update to free game after privacy agreement is awful and the game is no longer fun. Let us ALL know on FB when you have fixed the problems and it works and is fun to play again. You can get any speed or accuracy with this fault. The new version is slow.touch is delayed.you touch a letter and in a second or so it registers. so I tried but they changed my user name and password to one I didn't create. Then said I had to establish new account. NO record of my email either that I've used for all of my games. So For some reason I had to re-enter my email to sign in and the response was INVALID EMAIL. Then I sent two messages to Ruzzel for help and no help. Then suddenly I was locked out of the uld not play it anymore. While playing, the letters hesitate as you play so your score suffers, plus.I've been playing a long time and I have stats built up in the game and in the tournament. At first I thought it was my phone, but after I hit one of them 4 times in a row for the first time & realized it used up all my free ones & still had to use my ink for 100 & this has happened several times within the past 2 weeks.
